Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving them. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, such as festive seasons, there may be slight delays; however, we will always keep you informed of any updates.

Shipping Method and Delivery Times
We ship all orders using Royal Mail 48-Hour Service, which typically delivers within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your order page, allowing you to track your parcel every step of the way.

Festive Period Shipping Schedule 2024
Please note the following important dates for the Christmas and New Year period:

  • Order Cut-Off Date for Christmas Delivery: Orders placed by 19th December 2024 will be processed and dispatched in time for Christmas delivery, subject to Royal Mail’s schedule.

  • Orders Placed After 19th December 2024: These orders will be shipped starting from the next working day after New Year’s Day, on 2nd January 2025.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your festive orders as early as possible.

Delivery Address and Tracking Information
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be available on your order page for your convenience.

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the UK. For international orders, please contact us directly to inquire about shipping options and rates.

Lost or Delayed Packages
